Hello, my name is Jaquane. I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for your support. My 2-year-old son, Joesiah, has been diagnosed with a third-degree heart block and an open ASD— serious heart conditions that require him to undergo open-heart surgery on May 28, 2025, and he will also receive a cardiac pacemaker.

While Joesiah has health insurance, the co-insurance costs and ongoing follow-up care are more than we can manage alone. We are doing everything possible to give our Sonny Boy the best chance at a healthy, happy life, but we truly need help bridging the financial gap.
