Hi family and friends,

This is Joe. Almost two weeks ago, I was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery due to appendicitis. What is usually a quick recovery has turned into a much longer journey — I’ve now been here for 12 days and counting.

I’m truly grateful to be alive and healing, but while I’m in the hospital, life and bills are still moving forward. I would be so thankful for any support you can offer to help with my hospital and home expenses until I’m back on my feet.
