Support Joe's Journey to Sobriety and Sustainability

Hello, my name is Joe, and I'm in the process of detoxing. Part of the journey of getting clean is people, places, and things. Well, we all know how much my car is falling apart, but it still runs like a champ. But once I'm fully clean, my car is going to become one of my triggers. So, I've decided to sell this one, preferably to someone mechanically inclined because you're going to need to put some work and TLC into it, just keeping it not going to lie. IF you look in the pictures you'll see a few of the many tools and parts iv had to purchase to keep it running. Gained a lot of skills but the car is still a huge trigger all the same

Anyways, I want to become more environmentally conscious. So, out with the old. I figure I can sell my car for about $1500, then hopefully with all the help and support from everyone on this platform, combined, I might be able to get a vehicle a little more environmentally friendly. And one that won't break down on me every couple of hours, lol. No joke, like at all, every couple of hours there is another issue. I wish the lemon laws applied to this car, haha.

Anyways, with God's good grace, I'm hoping you will all find it in your hearts to donate to my cause. Trying to stay clean and sober here and getting rid of one of the biggest triggers is one of the biggest steps to sobriety. Plus, if I can get an electric car, then I'm environmentally friendly, so that's a win in my book. Please, please, please before you think twice and decide not to help out.

So, I'm on my 9th day of detoxing. I'm almost to 14 days, then it's outpatient or inpatient depending on the availability of beds. Then, 90 days later, I'll graduate and start my new adventure in my new clean and sober life & hopefully in my new used car. I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for at least reading my fundraiser, and whether you decide to help or not, I love and appreciate all of you. God bless

So recently my other half and I broke up and I moved out. Now I'm living in my car agian,all whilst trying to stay clean and sober and keep a positive routine and positive behaviors. It's hard to do while living in your car. So I could really use the help to rent a room from someone or even a garage. I need something stable my soberiety craves stability please please reach into your heart and if you have it to give then I would greatly appreciate it and if you don't its OK I love you all the same do me a favor and share my link and spread my fundraiser link.
