Losing our Joe has left our family in shock and deep sadness. The suddenness of this loss has been incredibly hard to process, and we are still coming to terms with the reality of life without him. Our loved one meant so much to us, and his absence is felt every day in ways we never expected. Joe had a unique personality; he was funny, caring, and real in every way. He could make you laugh, and he stood on what he believed in. He was always there without judgment. Being around him felt easy. He was authentic. Joe was an amazing son, brother, uncle, friend and a proud graduate of Minot State University in North Dakota. He valued his personal relationships back home as well as his new ones he created at school. He had this way of making you feel needed and important, like your presence mattered to him, even in the smallest moments. That’s what we’ll miss the most, him just being Joe. If you would like to contribute to the cost of laying our Joe to rest and honoring his legacy, any contribution is appreciated. We thank you all for your kindness, generosity, and support during this difficult time. Your help means more to us than words can express.
