On October 25th our incredible friend, Joe, was involved in a catastrophic and fatal car crash caused by a drunk driver that affected six others. While Joe survived, we are all heartbroken by the tragic loss of our dear friend, Anthony Pike. Our deepest condolences remain with Anthony’s family and all those grieving this immense loss.

Joe's injuries were extensive and required immediate, critical intervention. He has already undergone a necessary spleen removal and multiple complex spinal surgeries to address the damage. In addition to these major operations, he is also facing severe injuries to his leg and left arm, alongside other significant medical complications that have arisen, including a severe TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). The severity of the TBI, combined with the other extensive injuries, means his medical journey is just beginning, requiring intense rehabilitation and continuous specialist care over many months.

The complexity and severity of Joe’s condition mean that the financial burden of his recovery is immense and far-reaching. We are urgently seeking donations to cover his mounting hospital expenses, the high cost of specialized post-operative care, and the intensive long-term physical therapy required for his spinal, limb, and neurological injuries. These funds are vital to giving Joe the best possible chance to regain his strength, mobility, and independence so he can focus solely on healing.
