Another update on Joe, for two weeks Joe was supposed to have chemo. Last week they did not do chemo because his white blood count was much too low. This week his blood count was fine but he could not even swallow water without it wanting to come back up. He said it was like hydraulics. The doctor wants him to have another endoscopy to see if there's some kind of blockage going on. This really hurts us in more ways than just Joe being ill. This prolongs his recovery and prolongs him being able to go back to work which he is really looking forward to. This has really changed him. I want my old Joe back.  Cancer really has stolen a lot from us. It makes Joe so angry because he just can't do what he used to do. The doctors have said that these last two round of chemo are going to be the worst. Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed and also thank you so much for all of your prayers.

UPDATE, Joe is struggling to eat,  food tastes awful to him,  he still has not regained his strength. He has 3 more rounds of chemotherapy, with each round worse than the one before.  Bills are piling up.  We could sure use your support.

Joe asked me to reshare this. He just had an esophagectomy this last Thursday. He is doing ok, but will not be able to return to work for at least 4 months. Disability said he has to be off for a year before they will pay. I make jewelry to try and help with the bills. Every little bit helps. Hi, this is Ginger, and I never thought I would be using a GoFundMe. My husband Joe has recently been diagnosed with Esophageal Gastric Adenocarcinoma. In other words, cancer. We are at the beginning of this journey and already medical bills are adding up very quickly.

Joe is the greatest guy I know. He is my best friend. We would really appreciate your prayers and good thoughts through this. We don't know what stage yet or if it has spread. They are prepping him now for a chemo port.

I really wasn't going to start a GoFundMe, but someone suggested I should to take away a bit of stress. I really don't know what else to say.
