Support Joel's Future After Laura's Passing

On June 15th, 2025, our beloved Laura Gonzalez passed away after a long battle with Colon Cancer, leaving behind her 17-year-old son, Joel. Laura was a loving mother, a devoted friend, and a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. The amount of grace and faith she had even at the end was truly remarkable. Her loss has deeply impacted everyone who loved her — including Joel, who is now facing the world without his mother’s guidance and support. Joel will be staying in the care of his oldest brother, Jose, while he pursues his educational goals .

Joel will be starting his senior year of high school this fall. What should be an exciting and hopeful time is now filled with both financial uncertainties and the emotional hardship and grief. We are raising funds to help ensure Joel can focus on finishing school and planning for his future without the added stress or financial burden.
