Hello, friends -

I’ve been doing my damnedest to avoid making this post, but I suppose it’s time to share. The cancer that we’ve tried so hard to put behind us is back. It’s spread to my bones, and it’s terminal. There’s a treatment called bispecific antibody infusion that they say gives me the best chance at some quality time, so we’re starting that on Monday morning. Without it, the prognosis is pretty grim…Dr. Schaefer estimated roughly six months. With this treatment though, he thinks two years is possible. I’ve got no intention of giving up, so there’s hard work ahead, but I also understand what I’m up against.

I believe his words are more impactful than anything I could share. The next few weeks, months are unknown but we are hoping for a miracle. If you feel lead to pray or give, we would be so grateful.
