Support Joel's family with final arrangements

After a Covid scare and a couple of days in the hospital with pneumonia Joel was released. He felt well enough to start doing hair again but before he went back to work he ended up at the hospital again. On May 20th, Joel's 37th birthday, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. 

The first round of treatment is $12,500. That is the approximate cost of the 1st medication. Unfortunately lung cancer is one of the most expensive cancers to treat, with an expected lifetime cost of $60,000 to $200,000. Joel cannot work anymore due to the harsh chemicals used in hair coloring and treatments.

He recently found out the the cancer has spread, or metastasized, to other areas of his body. To make things worse, he has to be extremely cautious about being exposed to Covid-19. 

I am asking anyone that has had the pleasure to know Joel to support him through this however they can. He appreciates your good energy, prayers and words of encouragement. Joel is ready to fight this, his new job is to be well and to live life.
