Support Joel Horst Cancer Treatment Journey

My husband Joel (age 44) was diagnosed with stage 3c colorectal cancer in March 2022. It’s a rare and genetic form usually only seen in those over the age of 55. We are still in the process of working out treatment plans of chemo, radiation, and surgery with doctors in Tulsa and Houston (MD Anderson) and we know that it will be a very long journey over the next couple years as well as impact the rest of his life.

As many of you know we have two young children and obviously plan to do everything in our earthly power to beat this so Joel can continue to be the dad he was meant to be for many more years. Already we have felt an outpouring of love, support, and resources from many close to us and for that we are beyond grateful. While we have never been ones to ask for help, our time has come and for those asking what we need, honestly money toward medical and travel expenses would be much appreciated. Door dash or other gift cards will also be utilized at home or when traveling.
