Joe McMahon, our brother and friend, is a loved and well known working musician in the Boston area. On Thursday, April 9th, Joe suffered a heart attack during a rehearsal for a Boston fundraising event. Thankfully, his best friend from childhood and other musician friends were with him at the time and immediately took action, saving his life as the paramedics arrived. Joe is currently in the Intensive Care Unit at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and will surely be in need of financial help as he recovers. Joe has always been there for his music community, friends, and our extended family, sharing his talents, humor, love and kindness with everyone he meets. Now, as he faces a challenging road ahead, we want to spread the word to those who know and love him. The funds raised will help Joe cover medical expenses both in and out of the hospital, as well as living expenses during his recovery.
