Hello Everyone,

My name is Kim Haxby and I’m here to tell you about my friend Joe Guzman.

I’ve known Joe for 25+ years and my husband has known him even longer. Joe has always been a hardworking, self-sufficient guy. He would give you the shirt off his back and the cash in his pocket if you were in need but would never ask for help himself. I know many of you can attest to what a great guy he is!

A couple of weeks ago, Joe had a medical emergency that landed him in the hospital. He wasn’t given the best news about his illness and he will have a long road to recovery.

I’m setting up this page to help ease the stress associated with personal and medical expenses. Joe will need to focus on rest and healing due to the weakening state his illness has left him. He will not be able to work at this time and we all know the bills still come even if you are sick.

By donating to this fund, you would be helping to support some of Joe’s incurred living and medical expenses that will arise during the process.

Sometimes the most independent people need a little help when times are tough and Joe needs our support right now. He would never ask… So, I’m asking for him.
