My name is Joe Baessler and I am running for Executive Director of Oregon AFSCME. I have been Executive Director for almost two years and we have seen some incredible victories. We have organized thousands of workers, won record COLAs and improved morale among staff and leadership. I want to continue that work and increase our membership and build power for our members so that they can improve their lives and the lives of their families.
