First off, I can't believe I'm making one of these, however I find myself with no other options. On July 11th I was rushed directly into emergency surgery to save my life. I managed to get myself a fun case of Necrotizing fasciitis. (Flesh eating bacteria) I was in the ICU for 5 days and had to stay in the hospital for an additional 6 days after, including another surgery on the 17th. I will be out of work for a minimum of months, and even when I return, it will be very part time. I still need PT and possibly occupational therapy and additional revision surgery once the wound is finally closed. My wife Kelly is required to be with me 24/7 until further notice to do twice daily wound dressing changes before she can return to work. Any support for co-pays, medical supplies and day to day expenses would be amazing, we have already gone through any savings we had. I understand these are tough times for all of us and if all you can send our way is prayers and good vibes, we always appreciate and need every one you have to offer.
