Jody, everyone’s friend, was in a major car accident on Monday, October 22nd.  Her car was struck by another driver that ran a red light at over 60 mph, resulting in an ambulance ride to the UCI Trauma Center, a broken foot which required surgery, multiple days in observation for internal injuries, and a vehicle wrecked beyond repair.  While she has persevered and survived several health issues in the past by her sheer strength and determination, this accident has completely wiped out her reserves, and both means of income as a result of her injuries. 

She’s the Jody I know and love, in good spirits and planning for the time she will be back on the field with the girls she adores, back to driving people where they need to go, back to stubborn, determined Jody.  I would love it if her friends and I came together and helped her get back on her feet by primarily supporting her, secondarily replacing the lost income wherever possible. Jody will be the sole beneficiary and decision maker in any funds generously sent her way. Thank you!
