Jody Jones has been a best friend to many since high school. He has given so much of himself to others while never asking anything for himself. He has been a hard worker and self-employed for over 28 years and has provided for his family as best he could. He runs a labor-intensive, self-owned business, but now a terrible accident to his arm has prevented him from working now and for at least the next 4 months.

Jody is someone who always has a joke to crack to make others smile, many times when it was needed for many of us, his friends. We, his friends, debated on using this picture as he went into surgery, but his smile, even at a time like this, was infectious to others with him, so it seemed appropriate.

He has helped many of us in many ways when we stared adversity in the eyes of life, so it is time we try to help him.
