Hello friends & family. I am humbly asking for assistance in achieving a dream of mine which encompasses a profound educational and healing experience.

I have an opportunity to travel to Mysore, India with one of my mentors and a small group of participants for a panchakarma retreat. Panchakarma is the detoxifying and rejuvenating treatment program unique to ayurveda . During this 10 day cleanse, the diet is kept very simple with easy to digest foods that are healthy, easy to digest, and freshly prepared.

Participants receive daily check-ins with the ayurvedic doctor, and receive ayurvedic bodywork treatments individually tailored to cleanse the system of accumulated toxins. This is intended to be a deep healing experience which encompasses mind, body, and spirit.

Amazingly, Prajna Kuteera Ayurveda Center offers the guidance of a 9th generation ayurvedic doctor whose name is Krishnamurthy. He is essentially 900 years of living breathing ayurvedic wisdom!

Not only has it been a longtime dream of mine to travel to India, I also feel that experiencing panchakarma at this particular retreat center will be a profound personal healing and educational experience for me. This will be my first visit to India, in addition to my first panchakarma. While I have done several home cleanses, this is a completely different level of cleansing. I believe my life in all aspects will benefit in a myriad of ways as the treatments will undoubtedly provide deep healing, restored vitality, and clarity.

My heartfelt intention is to continue serving the community with massage, bodywork, and ayurveda. Receiving panchkarma in its motherland of India seems the most meaningful and best possible way to rejuvenate myself on all levels. As my income is very modest, I am looking for sponsors to assist me in funding this educational wellness expedition to India. Any amount is helpful, greatly appreciated, and will be applied to my goal of $6,000 for airline tickets, retreat center fees, visas, supplies for the journey, plus time away from work.
