As were starting to build memories, all of the giving from our friends and families is amazing and truly a gift from God!! God has blessed us with many needed donations, and we thank you all! My name is Jim and I have been married for 29 years to my beautiful wife, Jodi! On February 4th, Jodi had a heart attack and was brought back to life! We found out later that people who have to be brought back to life twice like Jodi was, have a 1% chance of making it. Jodi is the mother of three and grandmother of six! We have found out that the initial amount we were told was needed is lower than we were told. We are now over halfway to reaching our goal and every donation helps, no matter how much your able to give! ❤️

The reason for this GoFundMe is to help with the required medical expenses for Jodi's open-heart surgery. Jodi needs a bypass of the right coronary artery (RCA). She works for a small family owned company that doesn't offer insurance. The insurance she could afford does not cover much, we have been told our out-of-pocket expense for the much needed surgery will be upwards of $8,500, not counting her loss of pay by being out of work for the six to eight weeks after the surgery!
