Hi, my name is Jocelyn. I am 21 years old.

Coming from a low-income, immigrant household, I have witnessed the weight of financial struggle and the impact it has on families like mine. The ongoing challenges in the world have only deepened the hardship in our community where opportunities often feel out of reach, and dreams are postponed out of necessity. Despite these obstacles, I have always held onto one goal, to break the cycle. I strive to create a better future not only for myself, but for my family who have sacrificed so much and for the generations that come after me. I aspire to become a future Educator, I have a passion in education, working with the younger generations supporting them through their journeys, and creating spaces where they feel seen, heard, and valued. I want to be the person I never had, a guide, an advocate, and a reminder that their future matters. I am humbly asking for your support.
