Support Joan's Emergency Dental Procedure

Hi my name is Joan Alperin-Schwartz This is very difficult for me and extremely humbling but I have to have very serious emergency dental surgery and I have to ask for your help.

I don't know how this happened, as I go to the dentist regularly and get my teeth cleaned and checked every three month. I do all the stuff you're supposed to do at home, brush, floss use an electric toothbrush, but to my shock it wasn't enough. I don't know how this got past me and I certainly don't understand how it got past my dentist.

The good news that the original estimate from two different dentists were $4500 and $5000. Luckily a friend got me into UCLA dental school and they will do the surgery for $2500. Unfortunately I totally don't any emergency funds. and that is why I am here. If you have it in your heart to help.
