Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea, and I am JoAnn’s favorite (only) niece. She has asked me to create a GoFundMe for her because she is currently without insurance and income (applying for social security), and as of now, her family is paying for her care at the nursing home, which isn’t cheap by any means.
