Our Joanne is 30 years old and one of the strongest people we know. At 26, she fought breast cancer, had a mastectomy, and survived—a battle that showed her courage, resilience, and determination.

Now, she faces another challenge: The breast cancer has returned and spread to her lungs and brain. Despite her diagnosis, Joanne continues to pursue her dreams. She recently completed a culinary program in Manila, Philippines and runs a bakery in Abuja, Nigeria proving that even in the hardest times, she refuses to give up.
