6 months ago my husband passed leaving me with no life insurance and grealy reduced social security payments. A recent setback has left me in the red. Unpaid back utility bills are due. I have cut back on heat and everything I can think of. I know this is a lot to ask and my timing is terrible but I don't know what else to do.
