Support Joan Ramon's Proper Burial

On July 4, 2025, our family received some heartbreaking news. Cancer had taken our beloved Joan Ramon from our lives. She had been sick for a few weeks. Aunt Joan was not a person that went to the doctor. Ever. She truly just never went. She chose to live her life her own way, on her own time. She was a vibrant, beautiful Mom, Grandma, Sister, Aunt, and friend to many. The years had brought her some real, true friendships that she cherished immensely.

Aunt Joan went to the hospital just 7 days prior to passing away. Her bone cancer diagnosis came at that same time. We didn't even have time to process everything before we were honoring her first final wish: to take her home. We were able to do that. Her second wish was - do not cremate her. She was very afraid that would be the only option. We are trying our absolute hardest to honor her wish with a proper funeral and ground burial.

If she knew you, she loved you. And she never forgot you.
