JJ is a 12 year old that was born at 27 weeks, 5 days gestation. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and other delays due to complications at birth. JJ has a heart of gold and is a big tease. He loves Bluey, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and phone games. JJ also loves going to the movie theater. His favorite color is green. He loves to be around people, especially his family and friends. He loves to play pretend with his family and friends. Right now, his favorite thing to do is “arrest” and put them in "jail." Police Officers are his favorite.

Outside of home, he uses a wheelchair to get around. In his home, he is an expert military crawler. He can out crawl all the kids at school. He is everyone’s favorite and loves to pull pranks on people. He is eating more food by mouth but still needs a feeding tube for the bulk of his nutrition and liquids.

As an almost teenager, his needs have changed. Previously his parents were able to transfer him and his wheelchair in and out of their van. Now, his weight and the increased size of his wheelchair make this increasingly more difficult, quickly

progressing to nearly impossible. JJ needs a wheelchair van to transport his wheelchair and maintain his mobility. This will improve his quality of life. He loves to ride in the car. The donations will help purchase the much needed wheelchair van.
