Support Jireh and Danny's Road to Recovery

On July 5th at 1 am while heading home from a family gathering Jireh, Danny and their partners were struck head on at full speed by a drunk driver. Unfortunately, one partner did not make it and died at the scene. Jireh and Danny are currently in the ICU fighting for their lives. If they make it, they will need intensive care and therapy several months. This fund is for the incurring costs of their care and medical expenses. Any support as well as prayer are welcomed and appreciated.

Jireh was in the process of going to graduate school to pursue a master’s degree in speech pathology at the University of Michigan. She is currently in critical condition and in a coma state. She suffered severe head traumas, a collapsed lung, and various other injuries to the body. She is currently on life support and on intense medication to slow swelling in the brain. She has already endured 4 life saving surgeries and will continue to need more.

Danny and his partner Fernando were recently engaged and bought a new home with their new baby- a puppy named Leo. They were in the process of planning a future together. Danny’s partner Fernando unfortunately did not make it. Danny suffered various fractures to the face and skull, a broken arm and internal bleeding in various parts of his body. He has already endured 3 life changing surgeries and will continue to need more - including an upcoming 7 hour surgery to reconstruct his face. He is currently on medication for blood pressure support and is using a ventilator to support his breathing.
