Support Jinx's Emergency Vet Care

For those of you that don't know, I adopted Jinx four years ago during some of my darkest moments. He and I have been attached at the hip from day one. He has helped me navigate and overcome my depression. He has been with me to navigate life changes from graduating college, COVID, and even moving states to start my first job.

Recently, he has been displaying decreased appetite, mood changes, increased sleeping, and overall malaise. The vet did several tests confirming low platelets, low hemoglobin, and low red blood cells. The vet suspects an autoimmune disease or a blood-borne illness causing his body to attack itself. We have been referred to an emergency vet for further testing, diagnostics, and treatment. Any and all money will be used for his current vet bill of $500 for fluids, antibiotics, lab tests, and appetite stimulants. NC State has estimated us at anywhere between 3-6k for hospitalization and potential blood transfusions. Anything is appreciated. Please keep my sweet Jinx in your prayers.
