Hello my name is Diana and I'm creating this GoFund Me in an effort to support my sister with my nephew's hospital expenses.

During the night of Thursday, July 1st, my nephew Jin experienced a horrific sleepwalking incident. He remembers dreaming that he was running and that he needed to jump, however, what he thought was a dream was in reality him sleepwalking. This incident caused him to jump off of the stairs from his two story apartment. When he woke up hours later in the hospital he was in immense pain, completely confused and unaware of what had happened.

Jin is in the hospital suffering from a broken/dislocated jaw, shattered cheek bone, numb body and a fractured skull. He has already gone through one jaw surgery and has a tracheostomy and nasogastric tube to help him breathe and eat. The doctors are telling us that he may not be able to eat normally again, but we are hopeful for a positive recovery after the additional jaw surgeries he will have. Since he fractured his skull and he can't feel his body, he will also undergo physical therapy.
