Support Jim's Battle with Renal Disease

Hello Family and Friends,

I am reaching out today regarding a very close friend of mine whose husband was recently diagnosed with end-stage renal disease. Their lives have been impacted on so many levels: emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Jim has been referred to the U of M and given a transplant coordinator.
