My name is Jullie Evasco. I am reaching out on behalf of James "Jimmy" Long. As many of you already know, Jimmy has had a rough time in the last several months due to multiple health issues. What started out as exhaustion over a long period of time turned out to be a pretty serious heart issue. Jimmy spent several days in the hospital for his heart issue, and after having a heart procedure to fix his heart, he has been slow to recover. During his heart PT, the therapist had him return to the ER. He was admitted to the hospital a second time only to find out he has an additional and different health issue. On Monday of this week, the surgeon completed some exploratory procedures and discovered that it is quite possible that Jimmy has cancer. He is scheduled for a third hospitalization within the next few weeks that will involve a pretty extensive surgery to remove a portion of his colon. The bright side is that the doctors think the surgery may be all that is required, but they will not know until after the surgery. I only want Jimmy to have to concentrate on his health and not the enormous debt that goes with multiple hospitalizations and surgeries.

Anyone that knows Jimmy can attest to the fact that he is first to volunteer and always shows up with a smile and that goofy duck lip pose. We now need to be the first to volunteer to help him.

My ask from all of you today is to simply donate any amount that you think you can afford. Many hands make light work, and if all of us donate a small amount, perhaps the small amount any of us gives can make the financial burden lessen for Jimmy.
