Support Jimmy Torres in His Battle With Cancer

It is with great sadness I share the news of Jimmy's passing.

Jimmy Torres, a longtime doorman who means so much to all the residents at Kips Bay Towers, is very ill and needs our help. Jimmy has been diagnosed with stomach cancer and he is currently fighting for his life.

With the blessing of his brother Willie, I have set up this page on behalf of the entire Kips Bay community so that we can send Jimmy our support and let him know how much we care. Residents may remember that Willie worked as a porter for many years before leaving to become a NYC police officer. Please share this with other Kips Bay Towers neighbors.
