After years of fighting the pain of serious back issues, Jimmy finally had surgery in late September to relieve his pain. Due to complications, Jimmy's recovery has not been as he had hoped. His expected 14-day stay in a Fresno care facility has passed and is now over 50 days... and counting.

At this time, Jimmy is not yet able to stand, walk, or receive meaningful therapy. His loving wife Debbie has recently learned that their medical insurance has lapsed and the insurance company will no longer support Jimmy's stay at the facility. Jimmy and Debbie are facing a tragic situation of Jimmy being discharged in the next few days and returning home without proper care. Debbie also suffers from back issues and is not able to provide some of the care Jimmy will need, nor has she been able to be employed as she cared for Jimmy.

The extreme cost of health care to date, as well as future care, is straining Jimmy and Debbie's ability to provide for him. We ask for financial help and prayers for our dear friends. Jimmy has lived a life of helping others and now he needs help during this challenging time.
