Honoring the Legacy of James (Jimi) Buscarini

If you knew Jimi, you knew joy. He had a rare, effortless way of making every room feel brighter—more alive, more fun. His kindness, generosity, and larger-than-life energy made people feel welcomed, valued, and seen. But above everything else, Jimi’s greatest pride and deepest love were his three children: Gia (22), Siena (19), and James (17). They were his world.

Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we see his humor, talent, warmth, and spirit living on through them. They are his legacy—carrying forward the beauty he brought into this world. We are creating this fund to support Gia, Siena, and James as they navigate life without their biggest champion.

How Your Support Will Help

Your generosity will help bridge the gap left by their father’s passing and provide stability during an unimaginably difficult time. Funds will go toward college tuition and educational expenses, ensuring the kids can continue their education and pursue the futures Jimi dreamed of for them. It will also help provide a reliable vehicle so they can get to school, work, and daily responsibilities safely and independently. The funds will be placed into a trust and managed by one of Jimi's dearest friends and fraternity brother to ensure they are used for the children's benefit.

Jimi was always the first person to offer a helping hand or financial support to anyone needing it – during the times when he had a lot to give and in the times when he had little to give - he was always there. Now, it’s our turn to look after his greatest loves.
