Hey Friends,

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Julian Zeff. I, along with his partner, Linh and some friends are putting together this GoFundMe for our longtime friend, Jim Miner. We’ve been friends for nearly 20 years. Jim is a great tattoo artist and an incredible musician. He was a mentor to me when I was a young tattooer navigating my own tattoo journey. He taught me how to make ink, helped me with my drawings, showed me the importance of having good references by encouraging me to have a strong library of books, and gave me priceless information that was very difficult to come by in those days. He's so selfless with all his knowledge of art and tattoo culture. And he never hesitates to show unconditional encouragement and support for the people he loves.

In Dec 2025, Jim was admitted to the emergency room with a life-threatening condition and was suffering from severe abdominal pain that required emergency intervention and has been diagnosed with a life altering condition.

Unfortunately, as a result of this, it has left him unable to work for an undetermined amount of time and he is in immediate need of support from the community he’s helped shape through music, art, tattooing, and friendship. Jim is one of the most unwaveringly loyal humans to so many of us and I can never repay him for all that he has done for me, which is why I’m asking everyone for help and support. In this uncertain time, we're raising money to support current and future medical bills and to ease any financial burden while Jim continues to focus on his health journey.
