Hello Everyone,

This fundraiser is for close family friends of ours, Jim & Tina Jackson. For those that know Jim & Tina, you know just how amazing they are and what great friends they are to have. Kind, caring, loving, with great personalities - wonderful people.

Recently, during Easter weekend, Jim unfortunately got into an ATV accident that has left him with extensive injuries, thankfully not life-threatening. However, he was unconscious for roughly 20 hours and has extensive injuries to his face/head. Due to this, after being picked up by ambulance, he had to be life-flighted to the nearest hospital. He is currently still in the hospital receiving care, more testing, and scheduling surgeries with the plastic surgeon, as he will need some facial reconstruction due to the extent of the injuries. Jim has a long road ahead of him, as well as his family. This accident will impact them in terms of medical bills, hotel & meal costs (the accident happened out of state & most care will be out of state), as well as lost wages while Jim is out of work healing. We are unsure of the longevity of this, but we know it will not be a quick turnaround. The Powell family has created this GoFundMe in hopes to raise money to help Jim, Tina, and their family with as much as possible so that the family can focus primarily on healing.
