Support Jim Gutacker with Medical Expenses

Jim Gutacker, the State Director for the faith-based non-profit Child Evangelism Fellowship of New Jersey, Inc. for the last 28 years, has been experiencing heart problems and prostate cancer since last November. During the process of many tests, doctor visits, surgeries & procedures, he has been diligently applying for all financial aid and charity care possible for the treatment that he needs, as he is currently without health insurance. He is scheduled to have acute prostrate surgery and another heart procedure to try to correct his heart in afib in the next two months. He will not be covered by Medicare until he turns 65 in July. We are very grateful for the financial aide he has been able to receive. However, the current medical bills that he is required to pay out of pocket, primarily to private doctors he has been required to see who do not accept charity care or give financial aid, is around $20,000.
