Gone Too Soon: In Memory of Jim Forsythe

Donation protected
It is with profound sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Jim Forsythe, the father of the Sound Money Movement.

After a severe kitesurfing incident that led to multiple critical injuries, Jim fought bravely in the hospital, surrounded by the best medical care and the love of his family.

Now, as we come to terms with this loss, we remember Jim not for the circumstances of his passing but for the vibrant life he led, the joy he brought to so many, and the indelible mark he leaves on our hearts. Jim's body may have left this earth, but his spirit, his kindness, and the memories he created will forever be cherished by those who knew him.

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Jim's family during this unimaginable time. We express our deepest condolences and stand with them, offering our support and love as they navigate this profound loss.

The original intent of this Fund was to ensure Jim's family had sufficient funds to cover his medical expenses; however, we subsequently learned that Jim had sufficient health insurance. For this reason, we are raising funds to help Jim's family cover posthumous expenses: funeral, burial, and other items related to closing his estate with grace and dignity. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Rest in peace, Jim. We love you.
