Hi, I’m Sue Clasen, Jill Hiner’s sister. For all of us lucky enough to be in Jill’s orbit, we know how caring and generous she is. Well now it’s our turn to return the favor.

In July of 2024, Jill had an injury and the arch of her left foot collapsed. At the doctor, Jill learned she has type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy and extremely rare Charcot foot, which made her foot structure weak. This has caused her to lose her balance quite a bit.

As you likely know, Jill was already dealing with an ankle deformity on her right foot from childhood. She is currently in surgery to repair her right ankle so it is strong enough to support her when she gets surgery on her left foot in about six months.

Jill has a cleaning and pet sitting business and she has had to stop working while she recovers. Any money from this fundraiser would go towards her daily living expenses like food and insurance and rent.
