Jill, my mother-in-law, has shown incredible strength and love over the past three years as her husband Jimbo battled leukemia. That day, doctors told Jimbo he was septic, his organs were shutting down, and there was nothing more they could do. He is now in the hospital, spending his final days surrounded by loved ones. Jill is losing her best friend, her soulmate, and her husband of nearly 30 years. The emotional toll is unimaginable, and on top of that, she is left to face a mountain of medical debt and the challenge of covering funeral costs and daily living expenses on her own.
