My name is Cecilia Jasso, and I’ve been fostering Jet, from Fort Smith Animal Haven in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the past few months. In two weeks, I’ll be moving to California, and I’ve been working incredibly hard to find Jet a new foster or forever home. We’ve had a few interested folks (yay!), and I want to make sure that whoever is lucky enough to take him in is set up for success from day one.

Like so many fosters, Jet came with trauma. His owner passed away in March 2024, which is how he ended up in the shelter. With patience, consistency, professional training, and a lot of love, he has made incredible progress. Watching him grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I want to make sure that progress doesn’t stop.

Jet has made huge strides while in foster care, and you can see his progress in my videos . That said, he still needs continued professional training to keep building his confidence. A major part of ensuring he never ends up back in the shelter and can remain in a foster or forever home is making sure his training continues with his next foster or adopter.

That’s why I’m asking for your help. Dre, an amazing dog trainer, has been working with Jet at no cost for months purely out of the goodness of her heart. I am so grateful for her, and I would love to be able to help cover the cost of continued training so Jet can stay on the right path.

Every single penny will go directly to Jet's training. I just want what’s best for him and to give him the stable, happy future he deserves. ❤️
