Jet Crossing Stables & Sanctuary (JCSS) is a safe place for horses and donkeys from all backgrounds. Individual care plans are created. Routine vet care and farrier care is provided. Chiropractic and massage therapy is utilized as needed, as well as individual training. Training varies from behavioral, trailer loading/offloading, trust exercises, and desensitization. Quality of life is just as essential to quantity of life! Every sweet soul that we welcome to our facility is treated like family and loved!

JCSS started with one horse! I met Jet Crossing while volunteering at a local equine facility. Jet was adopted, came home, and quickly became the love of my life! There were moments of laughter, tears, and pure frustration as we got to know one another. Jet showed signs of distrust and trauma but was also eager to please and learn. Despite being told to give up on him and look for another horse we pushed through it. Jet turned a corner and excelled in his training. Unfortunately, Jet received a kick from another horse that ended up in his retirement. Jet now lives a pampered life in our pasture.

Jet sparked a passion in myself and my husband to open up an equine rescue. We currently care for five horses and two donkeys coming from different backgrounds. The reward of helping them heal, learn to trust humans (if needed), and enjoy their new lives is amazing! We hope to expand and help more equines in need!
