Hey, my name is Jess. I am 31. A lot of people don’t know this because I don’t like a lot of attention or asking for help in general, but I’m feeling extremely boxed in on what to do.
I went into kidney failure in October of ‘24 and I’ve been on dialysis since. It was all really sudden and it was a major life change overnight. I was going to the clinic 3x a week, but have since switched to home dialysis. Thankfully, this allows me to still work a full-time job. However, it limits the amount of time I have in the day to try and get extra hours to build up a savings.
I’m trying to build a savings for monthly expenses and medical bills for when I inevitably get a transplant. Which could be any day, hopefully soon. I’m just trying to be as prepared as I can. Any type of support is greatly appreciated.
