Support Jess's journey

Hi, my name is Jaime (AKA Boog) and I’m Jess’s cousin. Along with family and close friends, I am reaching out to ask for support today because Jess, an incredibly strong and kind-hearted person, is facing a tough battle. This week, she underwent a double mastectomy as part of her fight against breast cancer. While Jess has always been the type to take on challenges with a smile, and a whole lot of courage, this journey is one she can’t take on alone.

The road ahead for her is long and the financial burden is heavy. As with many cancer patients, Jess will be facing hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills over the coming months and years. To make matters more challenging, she doesn't qualify for FMLA at her job because she hasn't been there long enough. This means it's not guaranteed she will still have her job when she's able to return to work.

We’ve created this GoFundMe to help alleviate some of the overwhelming costs she’s facing. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly to helping her cover medical bills, treatment, and other essential expenses while she focuses on her recovery.
