My name is Sunny and my beautiful younger sister Jessica has been diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma stage 4 colon cancer.

For the last couple months she has been feeling sick, tired, throwing up, stomach pain… She had gone to a few different doctors, even to the ER. On Super Bowl Sunday she was in so much pain she went to the ER wondering if it was appendicitis or something. After doing a scan they found masses throughout her internal organs.

The GI doctor got her right in for a scope and found a grapefruit size tumor. The next day she was in surgery and has been in the hospital recovering.

The cancer is spreading fast, so they will be treating it aggressively. She needs 3-4 weeks to heal from this surgery and then she will start her chemotherapy treatments.

Our mom and her best friend Leslie have been staying with her, helping where they can.

Jess will not be able to return to work anytime soon. She is a single mom with a 15 year old daughter at home, and all her living expenses. Any help is greatly appreciated and will take off a tremendous amount of stress from her plate.
