it is with a very heavy heart that we reach out to all of you at this time. We all have people in our life that are our extended family’s, this is one of ours!!!! This young lady is the Daughter of Brother Demeral, FLA14 Stonecold, 16 year active member of our Great Eagle Nation!!!

Jessie (daughter, mother, tech girl to the stars ) has been diagnosed with end-stage heart failure (stage IV). She was diagnosed in January. She is undergoing an intense amount of testing because she is an anomaly. She has cardiomyopathy but no blockages in her heart, super healthy otherwise. The doctors are dumbfounded as to what caused this in her because it is incredibly rare.

Her numbers were not that bad, coming in at 55 and 60 EF in January when she started feeling sick, but fast forward to last month, very rapidly her numbers decreased to under 20. She is now facing very invasive procedures and Hail Marys, including but not limited to LVAD, open-heart surgery, and heart transplant! Her medications are not working; they keep starting her on new medications, which are all very expensive, roughly $3600 a month supply and not covered by insurance. Her doctors are located in Orlando, Advent at the Transplant Institute, an award-winning institute with amazing doctors!

Wouldn't you know it, her car broke down—well, it blew up this past week on her way to work LOL. Like her dad says, "Jessie, if you have any luck at all, it's bad luck." She has been in the hospital since Saturday. Her numbers are decreasing even more, and we are asking for prayers. They have given her not enough time even with interventions, and even though she's still working full-time while in the hospital, doctors seem to only be giving more problems than resolutions to them. So financially, there are many burdens for her and her family. Any financial help would be a huge blessing. It will go towards a new car, hotel rooms for doctor's appointments in Orlando, gas and food, and for taking care of her kiddos who depend on her.
