Support Jessie on the path to recovery

Hey everyone, my name is Jessie Kat. I am a full-time circus performer who makes a living off of fire dancing, juggling, and aerial arts. I am also an event bartender, which helps supplement my income if performance gigs are slow.
On August 20, as I was setting up for one of my aerial classes, I took a fall from about 15 feet high and broke my humerus bone on my dominant side (my right arm). I am completely unable to use my right arm, and I have been told by many doctors and physical therapists that this injury takes a year to heal. This means I won’t be back doing aerial or doing what I love for a whole year, and the realization of my future financial status is really starting to sink in. I am currently waiting for my bone to start fusing back together. If my bone does not fuse, I will have to go into surgery; however, I am asking for your help with prayers to avoid living with plates and screws in my body for the rest of my life.
I do believe I will be back in less than a year and I’m going to make sure I work hard when my PT starts, but the unknown of the future is causing lots of stress. I wish I knew the answers and knew when I will be back but the truth is, I really don’t know.
I'm here asking for help from my community to help cover my rent and bills until I'm able to perform again. Asking others for help is not my strong suit, but after a lot of feedback from close family and friends, I've decided to make this GoFundMe.
This community has been so supportive already, and I want to thank each and every one of you that has helped me in any way. To any of those of you that donate, share this, or just pray for me, I will be very thankful.
