We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to support our beloved Jessie, a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend, who is currently facing the toughest battle of her life — a courageous fight against a rare form of Ovarian Cancer. Jessie received her diagnosis in 2022... the road ahead remains long and challenging.

As a loving wife and mother, she has dedicated her life to her family, providing love and support through every challenge. Now, it’s our turn to rally around her during this difficult time.

Despite her positive outlook and fighting spirit, Jessie’s journey has been filled with unexpected challenges, both emotionally and financially. Our hope is to lift the weight of financial stress so she can fully focus on healing, as she makes the difficult journey back and forth to see a specialist at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas.

With Jessie’s cancer continuing to slowly progress, we know Granulosa Cell Tumor Ovarian Cancer is unfortunately for life and management of progression is key. With this rare cancer there is no set standard of treatment and surgery provides the best-known outcomes. We know it does not usually respond to Chemotherapy and typically always reoccurs. While Jessie’s oncologist knows surgery is the next step to remove all the current tumors this surgery is very dangerous and her biomarkers have shown negative for numerous potential treatments. Jessie is currently trying one last treatment in hopes it stops the cancer from growing before proceeding with surgery or trying the harsh Chemo that her oncologist knows more than likely will not respond. She continues to fight hard to get into clinical trials that support her diagnosis.
