Hi. My name is Jessica. I applied for the Shad 2026 program, and I got in!

It starts in July, and to enable my participation in the Shad 2026 program, I’m asking for your support in raising funds for program fees. While my family is also contributing to my participation in the Shad program, I am proactively doing what I can to get support and raise funding for this exciting opportunity!

Shad Canada is a highly respected national month-long summer enrichment program for high‑achieving Grade 10 and 11 students. It focuses on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math) plus entrepreneurship, and the program is delivered at universities across Canada. Acceptance into the program is a significant achievement. I enjoy both science and art, and I have entered my art into competitions and recently won 1st place. I look forward to learning more about science and art in this month-long experience!
