Hello friend's and family, I'm asking for help this poor little girl and her mother Jessica Vitale need your help. Unfortunately it saddens me and my heart breaks. For the past 72 hrs this little angel has been in picu fighting for her life. She has suffered a extreme head injury due to her father being a monster, the poor girl is not even 4months old.
