My name is Maleah and I met Jessica during our college social work program and we subsequently worked together in Tennessee. When we worked together Jessica helped families within the child welfare system and after she married Keith, they became foster parents and hope to become officially adoptive parents soon!

This year Jessica and her family have encountered a series of events that have made life stressful to say the least. They experienced two unavoidable vehicle accidents leaving them currently without a vehicle of their own. Then during an ATV incident, Jessica was plowed over as a bystander leaving her hospitalized for a week followed by rehab and now outpatient follow up. Recent changes in her insurance through work left them with a $12,000 medical bill. Her mother is also missing work to help the family.

This go fund me is not originating from Jessica but the social worker in me had to find a way to help my amazing friend during these tough times. Any help you can provide including prayers are so appreciated!
